    UMI Supplies offers a 14-day money back guarantee on all products provided the product is faulty or defective, or is not of the description as advertised.
    If you would like to return or exchange a product, please contact info@umisupplies.com.au for further direction within 14 days of purchase.

    You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. We'll process change or return the item immediately if it is a result of our error (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item). After 14 days of delivery, change or return will not be accepted.

    In the case of refund you should expect to receive it within fifteen days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (1 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3-5 business days).

    You can pay for your purchases easily through our direct debit option. Simply continue through the online ordering process by choosing the products you wish to order, adding them to your shopping cart, and checking out. Complete all information in the checkout process. When prompted to enter your payment option, select the “Direct debit” option and click continue. Once you complete your order, you will be given an order number and shown a final receipt page.
